MORE ACEO SIZED ECO PRINTS landing in the shop today!

Each ACEO Sized Eco Print (2.5x3.5 inch) is handcrafted by layering various botanicals, including wildflowers, ferns, leaves etc., on watercolor paper, then wrapped with twine to create bundles, and with a variety of mordants and steps, transformed into the lovely little pieces of natures own artworks you see here. The botanicals transfer in a unique and fascinating way each time, with no two exactly alike. I use a variety of natural mordants, along with rocks and rusty bits and bobs. Each print is then hand washed and dried, before being placed into a Premium Vinyl Sleeve and mini envelope before being sent on their way!

🍃Another batch of eco prints fresh from the wild...

It's crazy how fast the seasons shift. Those wildflowers that were everywhere just weeks ago? Suddenly so rare. And these ferns ~ they were tiny little unfurled babies not long ago... now some are already fading away.

Nature's timeline hits different every single time.

Some of my favorite pieces start with nothing more than a messy scribble or random marks on the page.
No plan, no pressure for perfection. Just the raw, exhilarating freedom of letting my hand dance across the surface, guided by instinct and whatever the moment whispers.

I used to chase flawless lines and polished results, but I’ve learned to love the wobbly edges, the unexpected smudges, and the happy accidents. Those “flaws” aren’t mistakes; they’re proof I’m human, breathing and creating in the moment. They give the work life and soul.

These days I lean even deeper into that randomness by incorporating my own eco prints. Leaves, flowers, and natural materials steamed into paper, leaving behind unpredictable veins, textures, and ghostly silhouettes that no human hand could ever perfectly replicate. The organic lines and subtle surprises from the earth itself become collaborators in the piece, reminding me that true beauty often emerges from surrender rather than control.

My ACEOs especially carry this energy…tiny cards packed with big, imperfect heart. If you’ve collected one, you already know the feeling. ✨
