My beautiful friends tied the knot in the Colorado mountains, and somehow I was lucky enough to be there to capture it all. From the thoughtful gifts they exchanged at Loveland Pass to every laugh, tear, and quiet moment in between, their day was nothing short of incredible. Being trusted with memories like these is something I'll never take for granted. I promise this post is worth the scroll. 🏔️🤍

I don't know how to put into words what I witnessed over the weekend. I didn't really have a plan. There is a time and place, but I wanted to be respectful to the families. For the people grieving. For the 204 names that will never be forgotten. I did end up taking a few photos, and being as respectful as possible in the moment, but what was felt wasn't something that could be captured on my camera.

The National Fallen Firefighter Memorial gave me a new respect for this community, for the families and for Alex. I don't think this is something you can truly understand unless you're there.

Standing there beside him, I don't think I've ever been more proud. I'm proud of the man he is, and what he stands for. I'm honored he chose me to share this moment with. ♥️

Recently, a client of mine reached out about her beautiful Akita, Jada. Just 6 years old, and suddenly facing something unimaginable. A 10 inch mass in her chest turned out to be Thymic Carcinoma. 😞

The odds were not in her favor. The surgery had never been survived before at this size but Jada had different plans. She made it through surgery and is now home, recovering, and making history. The hospital will actually be documenting her journey in a case study because she is the first dog to survive something like this.

This is exactly why I offer End of Life sessions. Because moments like these matter. Because their stories deserve to be told. Because love like this deserves to be remembered forever. I couldn't have asked for a happier ending. ♥

Hi everyone, due to how chaotic things have been with my personal life. I will no longer be continuing 365 Days of pictures. I really thought I could manage doing this, but I can’t keep up with it anymore.

I hate doing this but, I’m exhausted. I’m running off 4hrs. of sleep in 48hrs. Barely eating or taking care of myself all while holding down not 1 but 2 jobs. Here’s a picture of Luna I took on my iPhone today. She hasn’t been the happiest with me lately. 😞
