Megan & Brian’s Journeyman Distillery engagement session started with drinks inside and ended with us wandering around Three Oaks, soaking up the evening. 🥃

Most of the session happened outdoors, exploring the grounds and nearby spots while these two just enjoyed being together. Relaxed, easygoing, and the kind of session that felt more like a date night than a photoshoot.

Megan & Alex’s Round 1 engagement session was basically a date night with cameras tagging along 🎮🕹️

We bounced between claw machines, arcade games, and a healthy amount of competition before stepping outside for a few photos. No complicated plans, no pressure, just a couple having fun together and letting the night unfold.

Honestly, we should do more engagement sessions that involve trying to win plushies and figurines. 😅

Crystal & John’s wedding at The Armory South Bend was a long time coming. Their wedding description was “About Damn Time,” and honestly… it fit.

Private vows, a ring hunt hidden under a guest’s seat, a full room of people making their own “I do” promises during the ceremony, and enough personality packed into one day to keep us smiling from start to finish.

And yes, during portraits John somehow managed to catch a fish. On his wedding day. In wedding clothes.

The celebration rolled on with balcony photos, packed dance floors, and a crowd of family and friends who were ready to party.

Lauren & Gabe’s wedding at Fernwood Botanical Garden was the definition of keeping things simple and meaningful 🌿

No bridal party. No big production. Just the two of them, their favorite people, and a beautiful garden setting that did the rest. From their first look among the trees to an evening filled with good food, great conversation, and plenty of time to actually enjoy the day, everything felt intentional and true to who they are.

Happy birthday to the guy who somehow does the job of like 4 people on a wedding day and still finds time to hype everyone up. Carrying every camera known to man, fixing dresses, calming nerves, making timelines work when they absolutely should not, catching every little moment, and then somehow dancing with a camera in one hand and snacks in the other by reception time. You care so damn much about people and it shows in everything you do. Proud of you always. 🖤
