Life seems to happen the way it wants to whenever it wants to, and a lot of times there is nothing you can do about it but go with flow and let things pan out.
Old ground with a new touch. A pivotal moment. You have to grasp it, move forward and create new.
I couldn’t say that sometimes I didn’t miss the views of Mary’s Peak from my parents homestead.
The adventure of life will always keep you on your toes, at least better that then on your heals yeah?
Any day now baby boy will soon be with us and I couldn’t be more excited. The greatest days are yet to come.

From the mountain to the ocean, this big island of Hawaii is magnificent. Over on the left of the photo you can see Mauna Kea with its tips dusted in snow.

On Mother’s Day we went up North Kohala so I could show that part of the island as of until now she hadn’t seen. On our way over to Hawi we stopped along the way to capture some photos of mom and pre baby boy.

A great adventure on Mother’s Day with my soon mother to be.
Also, the weather didn’t disappoint. Half the time that beautiful sunshine, then half the time that sideways misty rain. The island is always showing out.

Always a blessed day when the Honu are around.
I could spend all day watching these beautiful creatures glide through the ocean and feed up near the banks of the water.

Sometimes you just got to let it rip! Shooting people surfing and body boarding is becoming a favorite of mine, which also means I get to spend some more time down by the water.

Aloha Friday 🤙🏾 Spring time here on the island brings a little bit better weather than what were having. Don’t get me wrong, I love some tropical storm weather, but it’s nice to have the sun out again

Although beautiful and photogenic, these little geckos you see everywhere around Hawaii are incredibly invasive and non native to the islands.

Since planting these pineapples a couple years ago, we finally have some fruit bearing on the plant. Growing your own food is trial and error but so worth it and beneficial in the end. Be patient and let your yard become a garden.

After weeks and weeks of gloomy raining days, lightening and thunder, we finally have some sunshine around the island.

Surrounded by nature 24/7 at home. Living in Hawaii I’ve gained an enormous amount of respect for Mother Nature and how it presence itself in all shapes, sizes, and forms. From the mountain to the ocean, you can feel the energy of all the living things small and large. The mana is strong through the aina, and it’s people. When you help take care of the land, the land will take care of you.
