hello.
I’m Julie. I’m the photographer and owner of Studio 4:8 Photography. I originally grew up in the Pittsburgh area. I attended college just outside of Philadelphia at the University of Valley Forge where I studied youth ministry. My husband, Brian, and I now reside in the beautiful little town of North East, PA with our mischievous + snuggly pitt bull, Siggy.
Art + creativity has always been a part of my life. A number of years ago, I bought a DSLR, read some books, googled everything about photography and attended mentoring sessions from photographers whose work I admired and was inspired by.
In 2012, I turned my passion into a business, which would later become my full time job in 2015. I’m so grateful to have met and worked with so many great people, while at the same time exploring the beautiful, photographic niches of the Erie region. :) ___________________________ Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.
