Some photo sessions just fall into place exactly the way they're meant to. Between the rain showers today, we found the perfect little window of time, and somehow the skies gifted us the most beautiful light. ✨

It's moments like these that remind me that love doesn't need perfect conditions—it just needs two people willing to dance through whatever the day brings. Today was filled with laughter, stolen glances, and the kind of light photographers dream about. ❤️

Another family that I absolutely adore joined me in the greenhouse this weekend! 🌿💕

Knowing we were chasing a busy toddler, they came prepared and brought some backup. Of course, he ended up being recruited (or maybe forced 😆) into a few photos too! Between the giggles, exploring, and toddler-led adventures, we captured so many sweet moments that perfectly tell the story of this season of life. ✨📸🩵

Oh my gosh, this cutie turns THREE this week! 🎉🌸

Full of s***k, sass, and sweetness all wrapped into one adorable little package. She pretty much took over the greenhouse for a while stopping to admire every flower, flashing those sweet smiles or sassy smirks, and making sure everyone knew who was running the show. Watching her personality shine through every photo was such a joy.

A few days ago, we decided to head to the Belmont Stakes in Saratoga for its final year before returning downstate. No months of planning, no elaborate itinerary—just a spontaneous “let’s go” and an adventure we won’t forget.

It got me thinking about photography. So many people put off family photos, couple sessions, or capturing a season of life because they’re waiting for the perfect time. But just like that last-minute trip, some of the most meaningful moments happen when you simply say yes.

The kids grow, relationships change, and seasons pass faster than we realize. Photos freeze those moments before they’re gone.

With the warmer weather finally here, now is the perfect time to stop waiting and start making memories. Book the session. Take the trip. Say yes to the adventure. Future you will be glad you did. ☀️📸❤️

Lawwwddd, I cannot believe my Mav man is turning 3 already! 🥹💙 It feels like just yesterday his mom and dad were barely more than babies themselves ... what, like 18 and figuring life out as they went? 😂 Now here we are celebrating this sweet, wild, funny little guy who has completely stolen all of our hearts. Watching him grow from a tiny baby into a big 3-year-old with the biggest personality has been such a joy. Time needs to slow down because these years are flying by way too fast! 🎉🎂💙

📸 Hey there! I figured it was time to re-introduce myself for all the new faces around here!

I’m Crystal, the face behind the lens 🤍
Also, another name for: photographer, teacher, adventure seeker, race track enthusiast, world traveler, proud foster and adoptive parent, dog momma, and professional maker of awkward people look not-so-awkward in photos. 😆

I’m also the kind of person who gets way too excited about random photo session ideas, is constantly scouting new locations, and loves turning everyday moments into photo sessions most people wouldn't even think about. Give me a greenhouse, a dirt road, a field, a race track, or a random idea and I'm probably already planning a shoot around it!

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me planning my next trip with my fiancé Frank, cheering at a race track, running distances that make me question my life choices, spoiling my dogs, or spending way too much time editing photos because "just one more tweak" somehow turns into an hour.

I absolutely love capturing genuine moments—the laughter, the chaos, the love, and everything in between. In fact, some of my favorite sessions start out as a fun idea and end in complete chaos... which usually makes for the best photos anyway! My goal is simple: create photos that feel like YOU. No stiff poses. No forced smiles. Just real memories and authentic connections.

I’m a Northern New York girl who loves meeting new people, exploring new places, and turning ordinary days into unforgettable memories.

👑✨ A princess session in the park was just what the doctor ordered for Miss Emma! She fully embraced the magic, twirling, exploring, and looking every bit the part of a real-life princess. These sessions are always so much fun and a chance for little ones to let their imaginations run wild while creating some truly adorable memories. 💕

I’m currently making a few adjustments and adding some extra magic to these sessions, but I’m excited to bring them back once school is out! I’m thinking late June or early July, so keep your eyes peeled for an official date announcement soon. 👀✨ Trust me—you won’t want to miss these! 📸👑💕
