I've been a little quiet on this page lately. Between spending time with my kids and working my other job, I haven't had many sessions to share this summer.

Last night, I grabbed my camera and took my kids out just so I could get behind the lens again. While we were there, these two cuties made an appearance! I've seen them at this location the last couple of times I've been, but they're always so quick to hide before I can get a shot. This time, they gave me just enough of a chance.

Moments like these are a reminder that sometimes the best photos are the ones you never planned for. ❤️

In 2023, I had the honor of photographing my very first wedding as a second shooter. Jordan and Halie's love for one another was undeniable, and to this day, their wedding is still one of my favorites to look back on.

After Halie passed away earlier this year due to complications from childbirth, my heart broke for their family. Today, as Jordan is laid to rest, my thoughts are with the three sweet boys who now have to grow up without either of their parents.

Please keep their families, friends, and especially those precious boys in your thoughts as they navigate the unimaginable.

Life is so incredibly fragile. Hold your loved ones a little tighter today. 🤍

Happy Birthday to my favorite 5 year old!! 🎉💙

When my son told me he wanted a monster truck themed birthday, I thought, "No problem!" Then he added that he wanted cats driving the monster trucks. 😂 That definitely had me scratching my head for a minute, but somehow we made the Meownster Truck theme happen!

This boy's imagination is one of my favorite things about him. He always keeps me on my toes, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Happy 5th Birthday, Sugar Bear! ❤️
