Autumn splendor in Pinchot state forest.

Nothing beats a crisp fall walk in the woods. Throw in some rock scrambling and peak blueberry bushes and I'm in heaven. I was a little nervous the colors wouldn't be ready but as I climbed higher the reds became more and more vibrant. 🍁

Welcome October 🧡

I'm so ready to return to my favorite place this weekend....12 miles of bliss in a true ecological wonderland. 🍁 I have a feeling the color this year might be even better than last if that's possible. 🎃

The road to October (2025) .... The colors are starting to change out there. I think this year we are in for something special, I have seen some bright specks of orange and red much earlier than usual. I can't wait to get out there and surround myself in the autumn splendor. 🍁🍂
