My wife and I had a great camping outing to Bear Head Lake State Park, trying out our (new to us) camper. After a lifetime of tent camping, we have upgraded. It is so different, but we did enjoy it. There is a fairly "tame" snapping turtle that visits the shoreline by the docks. He was fun to watch. We have been to this state park several times (including winter) and love it. Fishing wasn't so good, but I always find great opportunities for photography.
