Pet portraits take patience! To get professional photos of nervous, shy or homebound animals, it’s best to bring the photographer and their camera gear to their favorite places and build trust.

For Tsuki and Bastet, two shy but curious cats, we warmed them up to stardom by setting up our travelling studio in the comfort of their living room. We brought out a whimsical side that can be difficult to capture on camera, using feather toys, lickable treats and light-sculpting soft boxes. All camera magic to make the final result look effortless!
