Robyn Morales has been photographing weddings for eight years, her photography carear expands beyond weddings as she photographed for the Steelers for six years. She loved her job with the team, but met her husband in the Selinsgrove area in 2012 and began devoting her time fully to wedding photography, discovering that is her true passion. When asked what photography means to her, she said, "Phot
ography to me is not a hobby or a job, photography is my passion it defines who I am. I don’t just look at the world, I see it. Colors, different textures, curves, lines and objects all come together in my mind and are always seen as photographs. Even when I’m not pushing the shutter on my camera, my mind is photographing the world. My camera is my canvas and the world is my paint. My eyes merge the two and create art. I don’t just take pictures to be tossed in a box; I create photographs to capture the essence of life at that very moment. We can never go back to yesterday but we can always remember it through the pictures we have that savor life’s greatest moments."
