There are times when my battle with depression and anxiety is a never-ending cycle of feeling alone, misunderstood, and never quite good enough. The weight of it can be overwhelming, and finding the strength to keep moving forward some days has felt impossible. It’s a journey I’m still on, and it’s not always easy to talk about.

But what’s been giving me hope is seeing companies like stepping up to have real conversations about mental health. They aren’t just slapping on a hashtag—they’re actively championing the importance of mental wellness, breaking the silence, and reminding us that we’re never truly alone. This kind of openness matters. It’s the conversations we need, the support we deserve.
