Why hire a professional ? Shadows.
I still see a lot of real estate listings in taken with iPhones. Yes, you can do that, but I can guarantee you will not get full value for your home.
Why? Because even the best iPhone cannot properly compensate for shadows in poorly lit areas of your home, resulting in dark spots, photo pixelation, and loss of room details.
Perfect example: I was able to shoot this theatre room in low lighting and captured the native low-light ambiance of the space because my professional camera and wide-angled lens can both literally see in the dark.
The result? You WANT to visit and buy this house because you can imagine yourself kicking back in this amazing entertainment room in this home.
Takeaway: If you are trying to sell $1 million-plus home, the price of is a very small price to of your most valuable asset.
