Last spring, I had the honor of capturing Nicole and Akira’s wedding in Puerto Rico, thanks to a dear friend who connected us. From the moment Nicole and I met, it felt instant. And Akira was the most involved groom I have ever worked with. The day before the wedding, we discussed his getting ready photos at the AirBnB, composition, lighting, and group photos, amongst other things!

Arriving a few days early, I was completely taken by the mountaintop views, the warmth of the island, and the way her family welcomed me as one of their own. It didn’t feel like work, it felt like being part of something meaningful.

I was born in Puerto Rico, have visited, but never experienced it this way.

Puerto Rico, you have my heart. I’ll be back soon.

A moment for the mom-to-be 🩵

I haven’t posted in a long time, and what better way to come back than with this gorgeous mama-to-be.

I had so much fun with Destiney and Manny celebrating this new chapter. There’s something so special about documenting the quiet anticipation before everything changes.

I don’t do studio sessions often, but every time I do, I’m reminded how much I love the intimacy and simplicity of them.

This rainy day has me thinking about how close we are to beautiful weather and gorgeous outdoor weddings! I have been planning so many posts, but you all know by now, the imposter syndrome is SO real and I get in my own head! But I’m working on it! What are some ways you cope with feeling like this?

🌿✨ FINALLY posting this gorgeous wedding! A late summer celebration at the beautiful Geer Christmas Tree Farm to share some warm weather vibes! Ya’ll... this wedding?! Truly one of those that would make anyone believe in real love! The love between Jim and Tiffany seriously lit up the entire day. From the sweetest gestures during their first look, the beautiful, sunny ceremony, and the heartwarming first dance, every moment was a testament to their deep bond. When I tell you I STRUGGLED to choose the images I wanted to share… I’m not kidding the post would’ve been like 50 slides long 😆💍❤️

This was the first time I had ever done a first look with a child and oh my goodness did my heart want to burst! I 100% recommend everyone does this! I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, first looks, its one of my favorite parts of the day when couples have them, either with their spouse to be, a parents, siblings, and my new favorite, kids.💫 Here’s to love that grows and memories that will last a lifetime! 🌸

Wishing I was back in Paris! By far one of my favorite trips EVER! And would you believe me if I said I STILL have not shared all the photos? :/ Yeah, I know, terrible. Who else loves the crispy fall weather??? I am a proud New England girly through and through! Give me ALL the fall activities!

Very different weather than Becky and Brendan’s wedding in June! Even in the humid weather Becky and Brendan’s love was so, so evident! This was my first wedding at and they were amazing at keeping things running super smoothly and keeping everyone cool!
