Hi 👋🏻 I see several new people here over the last months and thought to reintroduce myself !

The little reel I made should give you a pretty good idea on who I am .

Before being a photographer, I am first a wife , daughter , caregiver , sister & friend ! Besides being a full time photographer, I also work at a mulch yard & meat/ cheese market stand , take care of my dad who lives with me ; among other things I find to do.

I am a believer in Jesus and try to live a life that serves Him, my family & my community.

Our life is a simple one in the country , and I think the best way to describe my husband & I of 10 years would be ‘old souls’

And for everyone who wonders my diverse clientele : my husband grew up Eastern Mennonite ( left when we were dating , his family still is ), I always connected more with my Amish / ex Amish friends and we also live in the area I went to high school at ! So that’s where I get my mix of people 🫶🏻

God surely blessed us on Friday with the most beautiful sunny April day to celebrate these two becoming one & starting the next chapter together. There were so many sweet & fun moments at this wedding , it was really hard to narrow it down for the gallery peek !

To everyone who knew me , thanks for saying hi and chatting just a few minutes! I probably should have given my 2nd the reins so I could chat with people a little bit longer 😅 I never know who I will run into at weddings !

One thing that people probably wouldn’t realize about wedding vendors…. We miss our clients after the day is over ! I actually get kinda sad ( sometimes 😏) when the day is over and I realize I won’t really talk to them again . If I’m lucky , I see the occasional posts on social media if we follow each other .

Naturally , you click better with some clients and others you do not . I love to hear about my clients , their life and feel really invested in the whole wedding process with them .

Some people just want a photographer to show up, do their job and don’t really get personal ( and that’s ok ) and others feel like friends! I’m ok with it all , but i do miss my clients and think about them often 🫶🏻

Just a few from last years first wedding of the year with Jaden & Kylie ❤️ Loved capturing these two !

This Saturday kicks off my wedding season and I am looking forwards to it after a few months “off “ 🎊 Really my work never ends ! I only just caught up on my editing a few weeks ago and haven’t even started my KJ course !

I’ll be taking less weddings this year than other years , and I am feeling good about my decision. Probably only a few more for this year and then I’ll be full 😊
