Every fall, families get their photos taken in beautiful locations across the bay and don’t get me wrong, they are amazing(!!!), but have you considered hiring a family photographer for in-home photos?

Getting pictures taken in one of the most special places in your life, where so many memories are made, snaps you right back to those moments years from now. I cherish the family photos we took in my studio apartment when I had babies before we moved to a larger space, and now get our family photos taken in-home every few years.

It’s especially awesome in the winter months because you don’t have to worry about the elements.

Studio dates are open through October!!!

That means Halloween photos are here to book as well as getting a jump start on studio Christmas photos. You can even do back to back sessions with your fall family photos and then Halloween or Christmas themed after! November will be released in the next few weeks.

Note: Make sure you select Christmas if you want the trees brought in, and Halloween if you want the black background so I can have everything ready to go when you arrive.

I'm a family photographer and I'm sliiiiightly nervous about my outdoor sessions with the predicted heavy rainfall coming our way this fall/winter.

You know what I'm not worried about? My studio family, maternity, newborn and kids portraits sessions! These easy, quick sessions in my Sausalito studio always have perfect weather, a clean and classic backdrop and the most flattering light for beautiful photos no matter what.

Families love it so much that they come back to the studio year after year, highlighting your family as they grow with the focus totally on your family on a backdrop of all white. They also look amazing up on your mantle, in your kids bedroom, or in a gallery wall.

This family just had their second session at the studio and I love comparing them to last years!
