Santa Sessions are beginning to fill up, and we are officially only 3 months away!

This year feels extra special to me because, after years of dreaming, planning, and creating, I will be welcoming you all into my new studio for the 3rd Annual Santa Experience Portrait Sessions.

There is something so exciting about getting to bring one of my favorite Christmas traditions into this new space and welcoming so many familiar faces—and hopefully some new ones too! I cannot wait to fill the studio with Christmas magic, excited little ones, conversations with Santa, and memories that families will cherish for years to come.

Your child will receive:

I’ve been photographing this family since Jameson was a newborn, and honestly, this feels like one of the greatest compliments in the world. My amazing clients chose me 10+ years ago and continue to choose me today. Their children have grown right alongside my work, and getting to capture each new chapter is something I will never take for granted.

The Putman Family 🤍

An hour before their session, it started absolutely downpouring at the family farm… while it was still completely clear at my house just 30 minutes away. 🙃

We definitely hmm’d and haw’d about where we should do their session and whether we should even go for it. But ultimately, we decided to stick with the original plan and meet at the family farm.

The skies grew darker and darker the closer I got, but thankfully, the rain held off for us — just a light sprinkle throughout our session. We tucked ourselves under the trees when needed, made the most of it, and somehow came away with the most beautiful gallery of this wonderful family.

Rachel and her young family have been clients of mine for years, but this was my first time meeting the rest of her family and what a pleasure it was!

I absolutely LOVE extended family sessions. There is something so special about seeing the generations together — the genetics, the familiar smiles, the laughter, the little mannerisms, and most importantly, the connection.

Rachel’s dad and family own Whispering Brook Farms in Gainesville, NY, where they produce their own maple syrup and maple products. Being able to photograph their family together in front of their farm sign and the place that is such a meaningful part of their family’s story made these images even more special.

I know these are the kind of photographs that will become even more meaningful as the years go by — photographs that will be looked back on and treasured by generations to come.

Thank you for having me, Putman family. It was such a joy to capture your family, your connection, and a little piece of your family’s story. 🤍
