🎃👰👰 Spooky Love on Friday the 13th! 👻💍

🖤🦇🌕 I couldn't wait to share some bewitching moments we captured at this Halloween-themed wedding we had the honor of photographing this past Friday the 13th! 📸 Two beautiful brides, a Halloween-themed wedding, and my husband as my second shooter — what better way to spend Friday the 13th?!? 🖤🧡

📸 Step into the world of dark romance as we celebrate the union of Brittney & Brittany. Their wedding was a hauntingly beautiful affair filled with ghoulish delights, eerie charm, and a touch of magic. ✨🖤

🎃 The venue was transformed into a gothic wonderland with black lace, flickering candles, and hauntingly elegant decorations. These two brides looked absolutely breathtaking! Their love and happiness radiated throughout the day.

🎃🖤 The ceremony featured a unique twist on wedding traditions. Their vows were so heartfelt, and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. 🥺 Goosebumps of joy ran through the crowd as they sealed their eternal love with a passionate kiss.... twice!! 💍❤️

🖤 The night was filled with laughter, dancing, and so much love. Friends, family and vendors embraced the Halloween theme and joined in the fun with amazing costumes. It was an incredible honor to capture this unforgettable day. We were thrilled to be a part of this extraordinary celebration, where love and Halloween magic merged in perfect harmony. It's a night we'll never forget! 🎃🌕

Ebey's Landing State Park on Whidbey Island in Washington State is such a gorgeous backdrop for couples photos!!

With ocean on one side, rolling pastoral hillside on another, and little forested areas tucked in between, it's a photographer paradise. Add in an unusually clear day with a gorgeous sunset, and you can't go wrong for a spot to capture two people in love! Jonathan and I had so much fun strolling around this location with Julianne and Jason for these photos! Thanks for spending your day with us, you two! We cannot wait to capture your wedding! 🥰

😍😍 NEW BLOG POST IT UP! 😍😍

This unity ceremony was a totally non-traditional and non-religious gathering of some amazing souls. The "ceremony" included friends and family spread out on the lawn on picnic blankets and chairs around Tara and Ryker. They opened with stories, like how they first met, and talked about their shared values. They then welcomed stories, toasts, well wishes and advice from guests before all working together to create dinner, which was more along the lines of a seaside feast!

It was such a fun honor to capture this wedding and I KNOW these two are destined for countless adventures to come! Congrats again Tara and Ryker!

Ocean breezes, cliff side views, gentle clouds breathtaking views were the backdrop for this small ceremony at Deception Park State Park in Whidbey Island, Washington!

Close family and friends gathered to celebrate the vows these two shared at the State Park amphitheater, before heading to a nearby restaurant for a celebratory dinner. The day was gorgeous (the couple managed to pick one of the unseasonably warm and bright days before the cold and chill and damp of fall set it!) and we were able to snap some great pictures along the cliff tops of Rosario Beach in Deception Pass.

Local wildfires in the Pacific Northwest couldn't stop this couple from having a gorgeous lake front ceremony with a dreamy smokey backdrop! 🔥🌫

This small intimate wedding with close family and friends took place on the dock of the Wildwood Lakefront Cottages just steps from this Canadian couples summer cottage in the states. The smoke was so thick from local wildfires that you could look directly at the sun! But this didn't dampen the spirits of this happy group!

After the ceremony, the newlyweds hopped in a limo and headed over to the couples favorite local restaurant, The Fork at Agate Bay in Bellingham for family style dining on locally sourced seafood. The couple shared toasts and cake cutting and then ended the night with a tunnel of sparklers!

Congrats again Sarah and Shawn! 🥰

I have giant marigold envy, haha! My marigolds did great this year, but the flowers at Barnstar Events... *chefs kiss* I had a wonderful time shooting at this venue and I'm aching to go back! It's a photographers DREAM!

I've been waiting for someone to take a photo by the giant marigolds. This morning my wish was granted and in my inbox was this photo from Thank you for the capture! Fun to see this darling couple-Marley and Brian-again too!!

I had so much fun taking engagement photos with Julianna and Jason at Ebey's Landing on Whidbey Island this past weekend! What a cute couple!
