Something you should know about my photography style: I love lines.
When I compose an image, most of the time I’m using the lines in the environment to serve a purpose. Whether that’s the lines that make up a doorframe to create framing, or lines in steps that will guide your eye to what’s important. Whenever I can use leading lines, framing, or symmetry, I will use it. This is why you’ll often see me shooting through something or finding the perfect angle that makes my brain light up in excitement.
If I ever tell you to “just take a baby step to the right — Okk STOP!” It’s because my brain is working to make the composition interesting & balanced. Every image is created mindfully.
