Today I turn 30! Lol (I can’t believe I get to say that)

My 20’s taught me more than I ever expected

I learned that not everything needs a reaction

That peace is built

That discipline is really self respect in disguise

And that the people meant to stay will never require you to shrink, chase, or explain yourself

I learned that showing up for yourself matters more than being understood

That time exposes everything… including you self (time always shows true colors)

I made mistakes

I outgrew versions of myself I once thought were permanent

I learned that consistency isn’t loud, and real growth rarely gets an applause

I’m excited to see what I build in my 30’s, with clearer standards, deeper awareness, and intention

Grateful for the lessons, the people who stayed, the ones who taught me by leaving, and the man I’m becoming both for my future and as a leader

It’s been a few days, and we’re all feeling the weight of your absence. But I have to thank you for blessing me with the best siblings anyone could ever ask for. We love you and miss you more than words can express.

This pain is different, it’s really my first true heartbreak. But I find some comfort knowing you’re no longer hurting and you’re resting easy now.

You were always the one who had my back, even if it meant going back to get fresh fries when mine were cold.

I can’t stop the tears, but I’m relieved you’re no longer in pain. I just wish the story had a happier ending.
