This session kept me on my toes in the best way 🤍

Their little girl was full of curiosity and movement, and I found myself constantly aware of where she was—wanting to make sure she was safe while still giving her parents space to just be together.

Not something I had to do… but something I genuinely wanted to do.

Because for me, it’s never just about the photos.

It’s about making sure the people in front of my camera feel seen, cared for, and completely taken care of in the moment.

This felt so tender to me…

An iris flower wrapped itself around one of my bluebonnets… like a little hug.

I couldn’t help but see myself in that iris—just holding close to something I love.

There’s something about the way it leans in… not perfect, not planned… just naturally drawn close.

And it reminds me how God speaks—
not loud or obvious, but gentle…
through small, beautiful moments we almost miss.

A flower reaching for another.
A quiet kind of closeness.
A reminder that we’re held, even in the simplest ways.

This little “hug” felt like it was meant just for me.

One of the first things I tell moms during sessions is that 👏it’s 👏o👏kay❣️

If your child needs a break, they can go play. I’ll capture them doing their thing—or we can shift and focus on you for a bit.🥰

Kids don’t need to sit still for meaningful photos. There’s no pressure here.🩷

This session felt so special from the start.💕

They were kind, down to earth and had the sweetest southern accents that made me smile the entire time.

What really melted my heart was hearing how they both had the same baby name in mind— without ever telling each other
before.🥹

While editing, I couldn't help but notice how this husband looks at his wife. The love between them is so tender and genuine—it's truly one of life's precious gifts.

Here's to new beginnings, baby giggles on the way and a love that just keeps growing.💛🤍

My very last session in Texas before I moved to Florida. You may recognize the two pretty girls in these photos....we had gotten together just before Halloween last year for a mommy daughter session🤗 and we finally got to squeeze in a session for the whole family.

It was so sweet watching their interactions as a family and what a caring big sister little man has.

Reminiscing the time I had with this sweet and fun family back in Texas. Anyone else look back on their past sessions and wish you could be in that moment again? I do!🙋🏻‍♀️

We had such a fun time. I loved watching this family play with the flowers, having tickle fights,the guys with their fists bumps, little girls twirling their dresses and just being present with one another as a family.

It felt like the world just stopped and we could just be.
