Recently watched a YouTuber e6vlogs about how to improve your photography. He suggested, in his no nonsense way, to create projects. This strategy isn't new to me but one that I feel I forget to use. Then I thought about my recent canoe trip and the amazing photos I was able to take. This trip has allowed me to reflect on my photography. What can I do to improve? What projects can I create? Well, I think these photos speak for themselves. Perhaps you can tell what my current project is. Comment below if you think you know.

Our travels take us many places. There is a general direction and, at times, a purpose. The first week of travel is usually made up of one nighters, Walmarts, rest areas, and travel centers. After seven days of one night camping, we have finally landed. Somewhere near Roswell, New Mexico is a state park with bottomless lakes, a funny octogenarian, a quirky mismeasured camp ground, and beautiful sunsets. We are at Bottomless Lakes State Park, Lea Campground, about 14 miles from Roswell, home of the aliens 👽. It's quite an interesting area. As said before, weather is an all-important aspect of RV travel. We waited the storm out, and our instincts were spot on. As we traveled west towards Dallas Ft. Worth evidence was everywhere that not all had been lucky. Even Buc-ees was not spared. Billboards and road signs suffered the majority of the damage seen. For us, we are grateful that this was one hitchhiker we did not pick up....

One of the inevitable circumstances of RVing is weather. Watching diligently from multiple sources keeps the traveler aware. Today is one of those days. Crazy clouds above Cracker Barrel We spent the night at Cracker Barrel due to two failed attempts at Walmart. The first Walmart was in a not so safe area and had signs posted everywhere boldly pronouncing that No Overnight parking was allowed....

We left Mississippi this morning after semi-rough night. We've had worse but definitely a noisy night at Loves. We stopped at this Louisiana rest stop for a bite to eat and a quick selfie. No Boy in the picture because he was hot and grumpy and stayed in Betty Deux. Breakfast for travel days needs to be quick and easy. Before we left, I put together breakfast burritos....
