What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever found underwater? 👀

Finding shells underwater is becoming a specialty of mine and I am loving it🐚

I found this giant sea urchin shell on a dive the other day, and it ended up being the biggest one I have ever found!

It was a bit of a chilly day, so I got to try out my new wetsuit from and let me tell you, it made all the difference!!

It kept me warm, comfortable, and able to stay in the water longer to explore.

Life underwater 💦

Some of my favorite moments from DEWE… captured underwater by the talented 📸

This experience pushed me to grow not just as a freediver, but as an underwater performer! Learning how to move with intention, control, and flow beneath the surface.

I’ve admired Ani’s work for a long time, so being able to learn from her during the Apnea Flow class with was truly special.💦

Grateful for the experience, the growth, and the community that continues to inspire me every time I step into the water.

Always learning. Always evolving. 🌊

Already counting down the days till the next

March is Seagrass Awareness Month 🌿

Seagrass meadows are some of the most important ecosystems on the planet, and they’re essential for the survival of species like manatees.

Manatees rely heavily on aquatic plants for food, grazing on seagrasses in coastal waters and freshwater vegetation in rivers and springs. An adult manatee can eat up to 10% of its body weight in plants every day.

There are over 70 species of seagrass worldwide, and these underwater meadows provide food, shelter, and nursery habitat for countless marine animals.

The plant you see here is often called eelgrass, a freshwater plant commonly found in Florida springs that manatees love to munch on.

But across Florida and many parts of the world, seagrass ecosystems are disappearing due to pollution, habitat destruction, and water quality issues, which directly impacts the wildlife that depend on them.

Protecting seagrass means protecting the entire ecosystem that grows around it.

Throughout this Seagrass Awareness Month, I’ll be sharing more about these vital underwater habitats and why they matter. 🌿🌊

My favorite adventure essentials are my waterproof 💦

If my adventure involves water, you can guarantee I’ll be bringing my with me!

I’ve been using waterproof bags from Booe for a while now, and they’ve become a staple in my water adventure kit.

I recently added the 16L Waterproof Backpack and the Waterproof Belt Bag to my collection, and they’ve been perfect for keeping my essentials safe and dry while I’m in and around the water.

I use the 16L backpack for my towel, camera gear, and any other equipment I bring with me, while the belt bag is perfect for the small essentials I want quick access to like my phone, chapstick and keys.

Both are:
✔ Waterproof
✔ Lightweight
✔ Built for beach days, boating, and travel

I’m using the Moss Green colorway here, but they come in several colors if you want to match your adventure style.

Definitely a solid addition to any water adventure setup 🌊

What’s your favorite adventure essential?
