A year ago, I saw the Oasis reunion and truly was present for it. Seeing them at Wembley was one of the best nights of my life but I was just so in shock I was there. This time, I just fully soaked in the experience. Plus, I was next to a group of guys from the UK who had never seen them and we just sang and danced the night away.

The Grand Canyon is my favorite place on Earth, a place of some of my happiest memories and where we learned to experience our favorite place as a family of three.

My heart breaks for all those who have been impacted by the flash flood and lives forever changed. Keeping everyone in my thoughts.

I debated sharing or not but decided that we don’t discuss women’s health enough…too much pushing through or one voice doesn’t matter.

I have been dealing with a lot of health things the last 6 months or so, that have progressively gotten worse. Nothing fits, I’m tired but struggled sleeping, chronic cramping, bloating, water retention, etc. I brushed it off as getting older and was pretty casual about it when I brought it up to my doctor. She did not think it was getting older and immediately ordered more tests. Those tests uncovered a lot of things, including something that shouldn’t be there in my endometrial lining.

This week, I am having a biopsy on the mass. It could be a few things but knowledge is power and whatever it is, it will begin the process of me feeling better. Grateful for the friends who’ve rallied around me and made me feel so loved.

One of my favorite things about our National Parks is the sheer amount of wildlife to be seen! There are still many things I would love to view (long horn sheep and moose) but I’ve been so lucky to witness some of the US’s most iconic animals roaming their home.
