There are families you photograph… and then there are families you get to grow with. 🥹🤍

I first met this beautiful family when I had the incredible honor of documenting their engagements and wedding day. From there, I got to be there for their maternity session, their first baby’s birth story, their Fresh 48, and their newborn photos.

And now, here we are again… watching their family grow into something even more beautiful. 🥹✨

There is something so incredibly special about being invited into these little chapters of people’s lives. I get to witness the nervous excitement, the happy tears, the tiny fingers, the first snuggles, and all the love in between.

Photography has never felt like just taking pictures to me.

It’s getting to preserve the moments that become the stories families tell for years.

And being trusted to document so many of their biggest moments is something I will never, ever take for granted. 🤍

From “I do” to “we’re having a baby” to that first tiny heartbeat in your arms…

Some families just make my job WAY too much fun 😂❤️

From the laughs and jokes to the chaos and all the little moments in between, this family had me smiling the entire session. I love when my clients feel comfortable enough to just be themselves, because that’s when the real magic happens.

Every once in a while, you take a photograph that feels like more than a photograph.

This is one of those photos.

It’s not just the kiss.
It’s not just the mountains, the wildflowers, or the details.

It’s the hands reaching for each other that helps tell the story of this photo.

Because isn’t that what love is?

Reaching for each other when life feels beautiful.
Reaching when things feel heavy.
Reaching when you’re growing, changing, learning, and finding your way through another season together.

A relationship isn’t about always standing in the same place. It’s about making the choice to keep reaching for the person beside you.

And somehow, this photograph captured that feeling perfectly.

Wedding photography isn’t just about documenting what a day looked like—it’s about creating images that make you feel something years later.

There’s just something so special about capturing the little personalities, the giggles, the cuddles, and all the love that makes a family theirs. These girls are absolutely precious, and you can feel the love between them from a mile away. 🥹💕

So grateful I get to freeze these little moments in time for families like this one. Because someday, these “little” moments will be the memories they treasure most. 📸✨

There is something so incredibly special about getting to watch a family grow—not just through a camera lens, but through the years.

One day I’m carefully posing a sleepy newborn in the tiniest wraps, and before I know it, I’m chasing that same little human around as a giggling toddler with endless energy and the biggest personality. 🤍

Getting to document these milestones is one of my favorite parts of being a photographer. It’s such an honor when families trust me with their first photos together and then continue inviting me back as their babies grow, birthdays are celebrated, and memories are made.

These aren’t just pictures to me—they’re little pieces of your family’s story that you’ll look back on for years to come. Thank you to every family who lets me be a small part of your journey. Watching your babies grow is one of the greatest gifts this job has given me, and I truly adore every minute of it.

Here’s to more tiny toes, first smiles, messy toddler giggles, and watching your beautiful families continue to grow. 🫶📸

Happy Fourth of July! ❤️🤍💙

On July 4, 1776, our nation’s founders adopted the Declaration of Independence, declaring that America would be free and govern itself. It marked the beginning of a journey built on courage, sacrifice, hope, and the belief that liberty was worth fighting for.

Today, we celebrate with fireworks, backyard BBQs, parades, and time spent with the people we love. Those traditions are part of what makes this day so special, but they’re also a reminder of the freedoms that generations before us worked so hard to secure.

As we gather with family and friends, let’s also take a moment to pause in remembrance. We honor the men and women who have served our country, those who gave their lives in defense of our freedoms, and the countless individuals throughout our history whose sacrifices helped shape the nation we enjoy today. Their courage deserves not only our gratitude, but our commitment to never take those freedoms for granted.

May today be filled with laughter, love, and memories that remind us just how precious time with family truly is. Hug your loved ones a little tighter, watch the fireworks with wonder, and carry a grateful heart—not just for the celebrations, but for the history, the sacrifices, and the enduring spirit of our country.
