I went through some old photos from my old page (originally called glassesphotography). Some were taken with a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra and a good ole Canon t7i with a kit lens with a great deal of just hitting the auto adjust button with Lightroom. I remember the Niagara falls trip I was in auto mode because I didn't want the pictures to come out bad.. 😅

All the photos before the final photo are from 2021. The final capture of Spring Point Lighthouse in Portland Maine is one of my more recent of 2026. From pointing and shooting whatever to setting the scene and wanting and adjusting to get a photo that I can say I love and smile and say I did that. 5 years of photography good days and bad days and even the bad days were still good.

"is there anybody out there?"

I aimed for a spooky vibe with this capture. 1030 at night, windy, the moonlight against the lighthouse, the sounds of the waves hitting the coastline and barely able to see what's around you. All of it ties into the coastal life I love.

Plum Island Lighthouse, the sun was setting you can see it against the Lighthouse and then the light illuminating became brighter making it all more relaxing. The mood was relaxed, it was quiet and I spent a good amount of time just taking it all in.

"Under the Stars, On the Lookout"

I went out of my comfort zone on this one. A cold, March night closing in on 10 o clock. This was the first time trying out astro photography without using a cell phone. Tell me what you think? I know it isn't perfect, but it's a capture I enjoy.

Known as the "Spark Plug of Portland" Spring Point Ledge Light was built in 1897 to protect ships from the same jagged rocks it sits on today. It’s the only "caisson-style" lighthouse in the U.S. that you can actually walk to—though I let my 100-400mm lens do the walking for this shot.

I captured this image a couple weeks back. Although the weather wasn't the best it's still a favorite of mine.

Welcome to Manchester, NH! The Queen City, Manchvegas, The chicken tender capital of the world! I'm not kidding look it up. This awesome work is Manchester's bustling Hanover Street with the Palace Theater, and many amazing restaurants close by!
