805 MAGAZINE is making waves already! Lots of people reaching out. I shot most of the photos in this magazine!🥰 I’m going to focus more on the arts in the next issue and artistic education for all ages! A Jazz historian in Ojai reached out about writing an article about my late father Jazz composer, Henry Nemo and I have a few friends I have reached out to that will write about fun stuff to do in Ojai, Ventura and Ventura County. I just got a few students from Carpinteria also so I may have some placement there next. This is so exciting because I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I have always loved documentaries since I was a child. I’m also going to feature an amazing nature photographer who should be published in National Geographic! One of my DP’s Kalee. I’ll start putting together the next issue in February. I had a successful magazine years ago in Los Angeles but I finally feel like this one covers everything I love! I’m also going to get more local talent working in the industry! I’ve always been about supporting others and supporting small businesses, but now I get to support artists and people in the entertainment industry, as well as others who are just living their dream!🥰🥰 - GINA NEMO, Award-winning actor & producer/VAS Founder
