Gorgeous morning for a walk. There’s a blue jay that hangs around the park, but he is elusive. This morning he hopped out on a branch and struck a pose before continuing his search for breakfast. 📸

I noticed you were dying several years ago, and made a point to photograph you as much as I could. Thank you for providing refuge to the squirrels and birds for so many years. And for being such an interesting subject.
