Two miles with Lester on trail this morning followed by a two mile birding adventure capped off such a wild week. Tooth extractions suck. Runners Flu is real. Painted Buntings aren’t real (shout out the Brown Headed Cowbird though)(and double shout out for pulling me through 18 miles of the marathon). Excited to start stacking miles again. 🤟🏼
