Want Habanero's cooperation? Bring snacks. Otherwise, no deal — this little guy will do literally anything for food, but nothing happens without it on the table first. Once he's bribed, he's a tornado of energy, ambushing feet and ankles as they walk by like they owe him something. When he finally wears himself out, a fuzzy blanket is his landing spot of choice.

Habanero was found wandering a busy intersection as a kitten and has grown up with kids, other cats, and a dog since. He's not available for adoption just yet, but keep an eye on Misfits, Mutts & Meows for updates.

Cali fully committed to the bit at her session — she tried to con us into believing she was a potted plant because she wanted absolutely nothing to do with this photography nonsense.

Off set, she's less houseplant and more mischievous ferret: swiping small items to hide under the blankets, burrowing deep into the covers, and digging through her water bowl until she finds the freshest spot. She shows love with a gentle nibble, though she'd rather skip the loud noises and strangers altogether.

Cali grew up around other cats, kids, and a dog. She's not available for adoption just yet, but keep an eye on Misfits, Mutts & Meows for updates.

Margo spent a good chunk of her session tucked into a corner, clearly needing a minute to decide the studio was safe. Tuna puree convinced her faster than anything else did — toys, not so much. Once we coaxed her out, though, she sat like a total pro for the camera.

This little tortie kitten was found after falling from inside a car engine, which makes her chill personality now even more impressive. She's playful, loves climbing, and turns into the sweetest lap kitten the second she settles in. Margo won't be adoption-ready until September, but she's absolutely worth the wait. 💜

Sushi wanted absolutely nothing to do with modeling, treats, or feather toys — the only thing on her agenda was exploring every inch of the studio, twice. This four-month-old yellow tabby kitten is curious to her core and completely unbothered by anyone's attempts to redirect her. It made for a chaotic session, honestly, but also a genuinely fun one. Sushi just needs a home ready for a kitten who does things entirely her own way. 💜

Minnie is one of those dogs who watches everything before deciding whether to engage — curious, but cautious with it. Snacks changed the calculation almost instantly; nothing gets her attention faster. This six-month-old Min Pin was found left behind in a Petco bathroom, which is a heartbreaking way for anyone to start out, let alone something this small and delicate. She's built like a fawn but has more nerve than she gets credit for. Minnie deserves a gentle, patient home. 💜

Ethel got the full glamour treatment for her session — a custom white fur collar, careful lighting, the works — and she could not have cared less. This tuxedo cat came from a farm and has strong opinions about what counts as a good use of her time, and apparently modeling isn't it. She's currently busy caring for a litter of kittens alongside a sibling, which is probably a better use of her talents anyway. Sweet, loving, and completely unbothered by fame. 💜

Ophrah started her session tucked completely under a blanket, refusing to come out for anything. A few minutes later, she decided to be brave — and once she emerged, she discovered she actually kind of liked studio life.

This talkative black cat is vocal about everything and loves a good petting session. She came into foster care when her owner, an older woman, could no longer take care of her. Ophrah just needs someone patient enough to wait out that first shy moment. 💜

Toast spent the first few minutes of his session sizing everyone up before finally picking one person to shadow for the rest of the shoot. He warmed up slowly, but once he decided who his person was, that was that.

This little guy was found as a stray with no history behind him. He's easygoing with other dogs, but he's clearly the type who bonds hard with one favorite human. Toast just needs someone patient enough to become that person. 💜

Dash for Cash was shy walking into the studio, not at all sure about this whole modeling thing. Treats turned out to be the magic word — once he figured out what we needed, he completely rocked the rest of the session.

This little corgi spent months undiagnosed with EPI, his weight loss written off as moving stress, before finally getting the enzymes and diet that have him thriving now. He's sweet, high-energy, and endlessly food-motivated. Dash just needs a family who understands his (very manageable) medical needs. 💜
