One of the top questions I get asked before a session is, “What can we do to prepare?” And honestly, I totally get it! 🤍

I always give my couples the option to bring a couple of outfits if they’d like, but my biggest advice is simply to come with an open mind, trust the process, and have fun together.

Being in front of a camera can feel a little awkward at first, but the more you allow yourselves to relax, laugh, move around, and just enjoy each other, the more natural your photos will feel. You don’t have to know how to pose that’s my job! Just come ready to love on your person and embrace the moment.

That’s also why finding a photographer whose personality meshes well with yours is so important. Not every personality is meant to click, and that’s okay! When you feel comfortable with the person behind the camera, it makes it so much easier to feel like yourselves in front of it. 🤍

Hi friends. 🤍 It’s been a little while.

I’ve spent some much needed time away from social media giving myself space to regroup, reflect, and rediscover what I want Blossom & Co. to feel like moving forward.

Last year was a tough one, and somewhere along the way, I’ll admit that I lost a little bit of my spark. So I’ve been quietly taking the time to find it again. To reconnect with what made me fall in love with documenting love stories in the first place.

And I’m so excited for what’s ahead. 🤍

This year, I’ll be making a few changes that allow me to create more freely, have more intention , and focus on the moments that truly matter. The love. The laughter. The happy tears. The quiet glances. The perfectly imperfect moments that make your day yours.

Because to me, these are so much more than just pictures.

They’re memories.
They’re stories.
They’re pieces of your life that will be held onto for generations.

So here’s to finding your spark again, embracing new beginnings, and creating from a place of joy. 🥂✨

I wanted to start July strong, but life had other plans. Between sessions, personal life, and making sure I’m fully present with my children, this month has been a little hectic.

In the middle of all of that, I had the absolute honor of photographing one of the kindest, most beautiful couples Ella and James!!!!

If you’ve ever had the chance to be around them, you know their love is something truly special. Ella is one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet kind, genuine, and always ready to open her heart and listen. And James is just as incredible. He’s funny, thoughtful, and the kind of person who’s always willing to lend a helping hand. Watching the two of them together, it’s easy to see why they fell in love 🥰

Their wedding day was nothing short of perfecta beautiful celebration that reflected exactly who they are. From the very beginning to the final moments of the night, you could feel just how deeply they are loved by everyone around them.

The joy, warmth, and genuine connection they share radiated through every moment, and that’s what makes wedding photography so meaningful. The best photos aren’t just beautiful they tell the story of people who love deeply, laugh freely, and cherish the life they’re building together.

Congratulations, Ella and James. It was such a gift to capture the beginning of this next chapter. Wishing you both a lifetime filled with the same love and joy that surrounded you on your wedding day. 🤍

Good afternoon, friends! ❤️

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

This has been on my heart for a while, and I’m so excited to finally share it. This July/August, I’ll be hosting a free come-and-go mini session event.

Instead of paying for your session, I simply ask that, if you’re able, you make a small donation to a local animal shelter, infant center, or Blessing Box. Even $5 can make a difference and help someone in our community.

This event is for everyone families, couples, individuals, grandparents, or anyone who simply wants to preserve this season of life. Every session will be about 15 minutes, with the goal of creating beautiful memories that you’ll be able to cherish for years to come.

I truly believe that everyone deserves to have photos with the people they love, regardless of their financial situation. Memories are priceless, and I want to do my small part to make them more accessible.

One of the reasons this means so much to me is because when I was younger, I always wanted professional photos with my grandmother. Unfortunately, we never had the chance before she passed away. That experience has stayed with me, and it’s why I try, whenever I can, to offer opportunities like this. You never know how meaningful a single photograph will become one day.
