It's hard to believe how much has changed in the last few months and its no where close to being over.

This year will be filled with long drives, early mornings, late nights, countless hours of education, networking with incredibly talented photographers, investing back into my business, and stepping outside of my comfort zone more times than I can count.

I've been attending workshops, learning from and working with photographers I admire, built relationships within this amazing community, refined my editing, improved my client experience, and poured my whole heart into becoming the photographer I've always dreamed of being.

Most importantly, I've had the privilege of working with the most incredible clients. Every family, couple, senior, business owner, and bride who has trusted me with their memories has helped shape this journey. Your support means more than you'll ever know.

The dream has always been simple: to make Courtney Taylor Photography my full-time career. I'm not there just yet, but for the first time, it feels possible.

Spent last night with the Dooley family! A little chaotic, a lot of laughs, and so many sweet moments in between. So thankful I got to capture this family together in Southern Maine with the prettiest evening light ✨

Doing things that scare me lately… and honestly? It’s starting to feel really good.
I’m committing to showing up more, posting more, and not overthinking every little thing. Growth doesn’t happen in your comfort zone, and I’m finally leaning into that.
Today I pushed myself to network with other photographers in Southern Maine, made some amazing connections, and ended the night with the most beautiful shoot at Old Orchard Beach 🌊

Lexi & Bry - From study sessions to graduation! 🥂✨

These two met in their physical therapy classes at Husson University. Through long days and tough exams, classmates turned into best friends 💛

This weekend, they brought the caps, gowns, and laughter! We ended the session with a perfect celebratory ch*****ne pop to mark the end of one chapter and the beginning of everything they’ve worked so hard for 🎓

So proud of you both and everything that’s ahead — the world is lucky to have you ✨️

Throwback Thursday 🤍

Thinking back to Malcolm and Enehila’s beautiful elopement at Portland City Hall. It was such an honor to witness and capture such an intimate, meaningful day. The love, the quiet excitement, and the way they looked at each other made every moment feel so genuine.

Sessions like this remind me why I love what I do. Celebrating love stories like theirs will always be something I adore being a part of.
