A little more about the girl behind the camera 🤍
Hi! I’m Chelsey — mom to two boys, storyteller, and the person behind the camera who will probably get emotional during your vows, chase golden light with you, and remind you to soak in the little moments.
For the past two years, I’ve had the incredible honor of working at my boys’ school while continuing to grow iola jade images in the little pockets of time I had.
It was a season I’m so grateful for, one filled with sweet memories, amazing people, and a reminder of how quickly these seasons of life pass by.
But this month, I officially stepped into a new chapter… I’m now offering photography full time ✨
Eight years ago, I started iola jade images with a love for preserving the moments that are gone far too soon. The tiny hands, the belly laughs, the way your person looks at you when no one else is watching.
My business was actually named after my sweet great grandma Iola, who passed away just one month shy of her 98th birthday. She was is constant reminder to me that life is precious, time is a gift and to capture it literally and figuratively.
Now I get to pour my heart even more fully into telling your stories.
