As the collegiate soccer season winds to a close I want to say how eternally grateful I am to this group for their trust in allowing me to step in to help identify a new culture, establish expectations and begin to build a program of tradition and excellence. They have taught me lessons in resilience, toughness, belief, bravery and most importantly the value of Family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you! This photo represents a foundation. The beginning of a program’s new era that will evolve into a force. And a massive thank you to a coaching staff that far exceeded any expectations I had as a first-year head coach

Well the first trip in the travel trailer was quite the adventure. We took it to for a four day ski trip for ’s 40th birthday. Planned to leave on Friday morning but the road conditions were calling for chains required across the pass so we waited until the chain restriction was lifted around mid day. Roads were in fantastic shape for the drive up (shout out to WSDOT). The RV lot had plenty of available space by the time we arrived and we found our spot for some ski-in, ski-out camping. Forecast was looking pretty heavy for the weekend so we weren’t quite sure how the trailer would handle the conditions. Ended up with 30 inches of new snow over the weekend which made for some absolutely amazing skiing. It also meant we spent a healthy amount of time shoveling snow and digging out. Another big shout out to the white pass staff who kept the lot plowed and all our neighbors for the good company and shovel labor. The trailer stayed warm even in sub-freezing temps although we did have to thaw out the holding tanks when we got home last night. All in all it was a successful maiden voyage in the Springdale. Here’s to more Trailer Live and Ski Bum Life trips in our future.
