Caboose 25734 a steel class caboose built in 1975 sits in Caboose Park in Missouri Valley Iowa to represents a visual image to visitors coming to the town, expressing the importance trains had in the city with its slogan, "A Train Town U.S.A" on the side of the caboose.
The car was taken out of service in May 1999 due to the wide spread adoption of computerized end of train (E.O.T) telemetry devices.
The car was sent to Council Bluffs where is sat for 2 years until it was donated to Missouri Valley in 2001. In 2014, the Caboose was placed iat it's current location known as Caboose park, which was completely in its entirety on August 6, 2016.

Children's hospital, a few years back they added the new section here. The almost block long building. They are a major contributor to saving children's lives across the Midwest, life flighting children who need extreme life saving care. They were always at max capacity before their addition of the new building which added 100 beds and many other upgrades to help them help our children!!

Golden Spike Monument constructed in 1939 to celebrate a film called Union Pacific. Also erected to show the true starting point of the transcontinental railroad.
