I prefer to keep the sheet sizes as listed, however some changes can be made if needed. I am more than willing to consider different options, however, dependent on changes, pricing may change some. CD is a high resolution disc containing your images that also includes a copyright release. A La Carte Sheets, Large Format Prints, Square Print available upon request
High- Resolution CD/Flashdrive- $350
**CD receives discounts when purchased with a package.
** At this time, I can only accept check, cash, or Venmo. Session fee must be paid in full at time of booking appointment. Once proofs are ready to be viewed, a time will be scheduled to order the prints. If session is canceled by customer at least 2 weeks before session, 50% is non-refundable. If session is canceled by customer with less than 2 weeks remaining before session, the entire session fee in non-refundable. If session is canceled by photographer due to unforeseeable circumstances and the session can not be rescheduled in an appropriate time frame, the entire session fee will be refunded. If the session is postponed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances and the photographer is not able to contact customer for rescheduling within 2 weeks, the entire session fee is non-refundable. Delivery of portraits will be as fast as possible, but editing portraits can take some time. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your portraits. CD’s are non-returnable, non-refundable, due to their nature. CD’s can be produced in a faster time than portraits, but they still take some time for the proper editing. Please allow 2-3 weeks for CD’s. If you are receiving your CD before your portraits, the entire balance, including any cost for sheets, must be paid in full. Due to the nature of the CD, I must collect the entire balance once it is received by the customer. If you purchased a CD in a sheet package and received a discount on the CD and then cancel the sheet package, the CD discount will be void and CD will be full price. I must have a valid phone number and address for my customers. I need to be able to contact you in case of schedule changes or issues that may arise with your order. And of course, most importantly, I need to be able to reach you when your order is ready. I understand the economy and how it stands at this time. I am more than willing to work with my customers so you can get the portraits and products you desire at a price that is a great value. While payment in full at time of order is preferred, payment options are available. All images are copyrighted and belong to Serendipity Portraits and Allison Hasara.
