This session was SO much fun! We headed out to Roca Berry Farm for a senior session that felt especially fitting because he’s worked there for years. 🖤

There’s just something extra meaningful about taking senior pictures in a place that has been such a big part of your high school years — except in this case, that place happens to come with haunted houses, creepy characters, fall vibes and plenty of opportunities for some seriously cool photos. 😂💀

We fully embraced the spooky season, and I LOVE how these turned out. A little creepy, a little cinematic, and definitely not your average senior pictures.

Senior photos should feel like YOU — and sometimes “you” just happens to involve a haunted farm. 👻🍂🎃

Just a few months ago, I photographed Jayden’s very first modeling headshots as he was taking those first steps into the industry.

Fast forward to now… he’s SIGNED and already booking modeling jobs in CHICAGO! 👏🔥

Getting him back in front of my camera for another modeling session felt a little different this time. There’s something so freaking cool about watching someone go from “Maybe I could do this…” to actually DOING IT — and succeeding beyond what they probably imagined when they first started.

I’m so happy our paths crossed and that I got to be a tiny part of the beginning of this journey. Now I get the fun part: sitting back, cheering him on, and watching to see just how far he takes it.

Something tells me Chicago is only the beginning. 🖤

👻🎓 Senior pictures… but make them TERRIFYING. 🔪🩸

When you’ve spent YEARS working at Bloodrush Haunted House, there really couldn’t be a more perfect place for your senior pictures!

We traded the typical fields and flowers for creepy hallways, spooky sets, dramatic lighting, and all the things that normally make you want to RUN the other direction. 😂 And I am OBSESSED with how these turned out!

There’s something so cool about doing senior photos somewhere that actually means something to you—and Bloodrush has been such a big part of her life for so many years. The spooky, the scary, and the downright creepy made for some seriously killer senior photos. 🔪📸

Who says senior pictures have to be traditional?! 👻🖤

There’s something extra special about getting to photograph a senior you already know and adore. 🥹❤️

I had SO much fun photographing this gorgeous girl over the weekend! Not only is she an absolute natural in front of the camera, but she’s also been such a wonderful person in our lives. She’s always been so sweet about hanging out with my son and has saved me more than a few times when I’ve needed a babysitter. 😂🙌

It’s kind of crazy watching these kids grow up and suddenly realizing… WAIT. You’re a SENIOR?! 😭

She is beautiful inside and out, and I’m so excited to see where this next chapter takes her. Thank you for trusting me with your senior photos — and for being such an awesome human to my little guy along the way. ❤️

I had such a great time photographing this Elkhorn North senior and getting to incorporate a little football into his session! 📸🏈

What makes this one even cooler is that I also had the chance to photograph his sister for her senior pictures. There’s something pretty special about getting to watch families come back and seeing each kid hit these big milestones. 🥹

Now it’s his turn! Senior year, football season, graduation… all the big things are coming!

Nothing says family photos quite like a little love, a lot of laughter… and a brother whose main mission is to annoy his sister. 😂📸

This sweet family came up from Missouri and squeezed in a photo session while they were visiting, and I’m so glad they did! The kids were SO much fun, and brother was absolutely hamming it up for the camera — while also making sure his sister got the full “I have a brother” experience. 🤣

Honestly, those are some of my favorite moments to capture. The goofy faces, the sibling teasing, the genuine laughs that happen right after someone gets annoyed… THAT is real family life. ❤️

Thank you guys for letting me be a little part of your trip to Omaha and trusting me to capture your crew! Safe travels back to Missouri — and sister, I hope you got at least five peaceful minutes on the ride home. 😂

✨ Another gorgeous senior in front of my camera! ✨

I’ve known her parents for years and absolutely adore them, so getting the chance to photograph their beautiful girl for her SENIOR pictures was pretty darn special. 🥹❤️

And let me tell you… she made my job EASY! She was up for absolutely anything I threw at her — “Stand here!” “Try this!” “Okay, now trust me…” 😂📸 — and did it all with the sweetest personality and a smile.

She is genuinely such an amazing young woman, and you can just tell she has some pretty incredible things ahead of her. 💕

Senior sessions always hit a little differently when you’ve known the family for years. Somehow these kids grow up WAY too fast, and suddenly we’re taking senior pictures! 😭

This senior is an SPSL graduate from my very FIRST year at St. Pius! 🥹 Back then, I definitely never would’ve guessed that years later I’d be the one taking his SENIOR PICTURES!

Seriously… how did we get here already?! 😂

It was so great getting to catch up, hear about everything he’s been up to, and learn a little more about what he has planned for the future. There’s something pretty special about watching these kids grow up and then getting to capture such a huge milestone in their lives.

✨ Senior session magic was SHOWING OFF for us! ✨

We were already excited for this session, but apparently Mother Nature decided she wanted to be part of the photos too. 😂

🦌 Deer in the background — and not just one or two… an ENTIRE HERD! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen that many deer together in one spot.

🦋 Butterflies fluttering around.

💜 Gorgeous purple flowers.

☀️ And after making us wait for it… the SUN finally peeked out!

Seriously, could we have ordered a more perfect senior session?! 😍

But the part that really got me was realizing that I went to school with her mom… and now I’m photographing HER DAUGHTER’S SENIOR PICTURES. 🤯🥹 How are we old enough for this?! Because I certainly don’t remember agreeing to that. 😂

There’s something so incredibly cool about getting to capture these full-circle moments. One minute you’re sitting in school together, and somehow you blink and one of you has a SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL.

Senior year looks pretty good on him! 🎓📸

We got the best of both worlds for this senior session — starting out at Mount Michael, where so much of his high school story has taken place, and then heading downtown for a completely different look around the courthouse.

And because senior year isn’t just a milestone for the senior (even if they think it is 😂), we made sure to sneak in some family photos too. ❤️

I love senior sessions that actually feel like them — a little sentimental, a little cool, a few different vibes, and photos that capture not only who they are right now, but this whole season before everything changes.

Congratulations on senior year!! Now let’s just see if Mom is emotionally prepared for graduation. 😉🎓
