Have you ever been hesitant or scared to book a session? 😳There’s probably a ton of reasons why: you don’t think you’re photogenic, you feel weird about someone taking your picture, you don’t know how to pose, etc. 🙈

Lemme tell you... I know exactly how you feel! You’re definitely not alone, a lot of people feel that way! Whether it’s posing prompts, saying something to make you laugh, or helping you forget that the camera is even there, it’s my personal goal to make you feel confident and like yourself during our session together! ✨I guarantee you’ll be laughing your head off at some point 😅 I want to make sure you love not only the pictures, but also your session experience 💕

It’s true that you can make most locations work during a shoot, as long as you find the right angle.

But THIS place, this was one of those rare spots where almost no matter where I pointed my camera, I got an amazing picture! I love finding new locations for our photography sessions 🥰👌🏻🥰

You guys, I lost my luggage coming home from Oregon yesterday and let me tell you, I’ve been STRESSIN’. That’s putting it lightly 😅 but you know what? If something bad had to happen yesterday, at least my plane didn’t crash or I didn’t get mugged. I’m definitely counting my blessings as I think about the things I DO have that weren’t lost:

~my camera
~my laptop (with ALL your guy’s pictures)
~a brand new camera lens
~my glasses
~my Chopin piano book
~472838473 other things that are literally irreplaceable.

Guys, it’s just stuff. I’m glad to learn this lesson, especially during this time of year when most of the secular world is pushing everyone’s attention on just, “stuff.”

Learning to appreciate the things in my life that I already have. 🤍

Guys, I love taking pictures. Genuinely, I love it. Especially family pictures because I get to help document a moment in time when your family is growing, when the kids will never be as little as they were in that moment 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
