One thing we’ve learned from photographing a lot of corporate events: the photos you need after the event aren’t always the photos you think you need during it.
Here are three things we make sure we never miss:
📸 The audience
It’s easy to focus on the speaker, the stage and the big moments. But the audience tells the story of the event. The packed room, people laughing, listening, applauding and reacting to what’s happening.
Those photos are incredibly useful when you’re promoting next year’s event.
🤝 The sponsors
Sponsors deserve to be part of the story too.
We look for branded moments, activations, signage and, most importantly, people actually interacting with the sponsor. These images can be great for sponsor recaps, social media and showing future sponsors what being part of your event looks like.
💬 The networking
Some of our favorite images happen when nothing is officially happening.
People meeting for the first time. A handshake. A great conversation. Colleagues laughing together. Connections being made.
Those moments show potential attendees what it actually feels like to be at your event.
Because event photography isn't just about documenting what happened that day.
It’s about giving you a library of images you can use long after the event is over.
Social media. Email campaigns. Sponsor recaps. Press. Registration pages. Next year’s event promotion.
When we’re photographing an event, we’re always thinking beyond the day itself.
We’re thinking about what you’re going to need those photos for later.
