Meet Kim.. she represents ‘wellness’ in women when we reach that age where we feel like ‘Wtaf’ is happening to me, my body, my mind!
Our shoot was invigorating and vibrant and full of energy. All words that I know I felt would never represent me at this time in my life but thanks to her and women like her, educated and unaccepting of the bu****it we have been told to settle for this level of confidence is available for all of us. Kim and her army of wellness advocates over at Serotonin will meet you where you are at and guide you back to YOU!
I love how she showed up for her session and if you feel like you could never see yourself as vibrant and alive as she is then you need to call her today!

It was so soothing to lose myself in the creativity of self portraits. Determined to delve into my authenticity I gave permission for others to do the same. Using words and images to convey emotions I didn’t know how to speak of. Here is just a small collection of a body of work that took a whole year.
