One of our favorite parts of newborn photography is bringing your vision for your baby’s photos to life. Maybe you love simple, timeless portraits that will never go out of style. And sometimes, we think the hardest part is letting yourself believe you deserve to be photographed.

We know most guys aren’t particularly excited about getting in front of a camera. You might even be thinking, “I hate having my picture taken.”

But then you see the finished photo.

You see yourself looking confident. Relaxed. Strong. Like yourself, but maybe a version of yourself you don’t always get to see.

You don’t have to know how to pose for maternity photos.

You don’t need to know what to do with your hands, where to look, or how to stand. You definitely don’t need to practice poses in the mirror beforehand.

That’s our job.

From the moment you arrive, we’ll guide you through everything from choosing the right gowns or outfits and planning your looks to posing, lighting, and creating variety throughout your session. We’ll show you exactly where to stand and how to move so you never feel like you’re left wondering, “Okay… what do I do now?”

And because every mom and every pregnancy is different, we don’t believe in putting everyone through the exact same series of poses. We’ll create portraits that feel flattering, intentional, and true to the look you’re going for.

You just get to show up, get pampered, and enjoy this little chapter before your baby arrives.

Our Fall VW Bus Mini Sessions are ONE MONTH AWAY, and we only have 4 spots left.

There’s something so incredibly special about watching a family grow in front of my camera. 💙

This sweet family has trusted me to photograph several of their babies over the years, and every time they come back, I’m reminded of just how meaningful this job really is.

I get to meet them as tiny newborns, watch them grow, and then welcome their newest little sibling into the studio. Getting to document these seasons of their lives, and knowing they’ve trusted us with some of their family’s most precious moments, is something I never take for granted.
