Due to recent developments and concerns surrounding AI-generated child sexual material and the use of children’s images online, I have made the decision to do a complete sweep of the Four Wheels Photography page and remove photographs featuring children — including photographs of my own children.

I stand very firmly on this issue.

This is not an easy decision. A large portion of my family photography portfolio includes children, and removing those images means removing years of work that I am incredibly proud of. However, I am a mom of three before I am a photographer and business owner. The safety, privacy, and protection of children will always outweigh having a larger portfolio or more content on social media.
Edit: I will add that I do ask every one if they are okay with me sharing on socials. And if they say no I respect that.

Going forward, you may notice significantly fewer — or no — images of children shared publicly on this page. This does not mean I will no longer photograph families or children. Those sessions will absolutely continue. It simply means I am changing how I publicly share that work.

I believe this decision is in the best interest of my own children, my clients, and most importantly, the kiddos who have been trusted in front of my camera.

Thank you to every family who has trusted Four Wheels Photography with your memories. Protecting that trust will always come first. 🤍

September is unfortunately jam-packed between booked sessions, events, travel, and family time, so please bear with me when it comes to availability and response times!
