She called, texted, walked in apologizing, stressed, and ready to just cancel everything. She didn’t think we would still keep her appointment today
None of her prior appointments were going as planned, nothing was turning out right for her the whole day, complete disaster
But here’s the thing…..NOT ON OUR WATCH. 🙅♀️
