One of my favorite clients messaged me this Facebook post today from 6 years ago and reminded me that this is how we met. 🥹❤️ She has since hired me three additional times to document their family’s most important milestones and has albums on her coffee table and portraits gracing the walls of her home. 🥰

I could have never imagined the incredible journey God had in store for me when I posted this flyer. I started my business two weeks before Covid hit the country and the world as we know it came to a standstill. There was no worse time in history to start a small business- yet God sustained it and has blessed it immeasurably.

I am so incredibly grateful for the amazing clients I have served and still pinch myself that this is my actual job. Photography truly brings me so much joy! I can’t believe it’s already been 6 years since this little dream of mine began. 🎉

Senior year is such a meaningful season—both for the students and the mamas who’ve watched every step of the journey that led here.

This session was special because we were able to create a relaxed experience that felt natural and comfortable for Carl. My goal is always to meet seniors where they are and make the process feel easy, even for those who may not be used to being in front of the camera.

Reading his mom’s kind words afterward truly meant so much to me. Knowing that she felt cared for, supported, and thankful for the experience is exactly why I do what I do.

To this wonderful mama—thank you for trusting me with such an important milestone in your son’s life. It was an honor to help celebrate this season for your family. 🤍

📷 Ashley, our Associate Photographer in Training, is stepping into her next season of growth, learning the Legacy way with so much care, talent, and passion for storytelling.

Expanding our team means one very important thing: an even better experience for you. More support, more attention to detail, more excellence, and more room for us to serve our families well—without rushing the moments that matter most.
