🌟 Senior Spotlight: Reagan

Some seniors are excited about their senior portraits. And then there's Reagan. ❤️

From the very beginning, Reagan brought so much enthusiasm and energy to her session. She was one of my most excited clients this year, and that excitement made every part of the experience so much fun.

As a runner and cheerleader, Reagan knows what it means to be dedicated, hardworking, and committed to her goals. But beyond her accomplishments, what stood out most was her genuine excitement for this season of life and the memories we were creating together.

One of my favorite things about senior photography is capturing who a senior truly is during this milestone year. Looking through Reagan's images, I see confidence, joy, determination, and a young woman ready for whatever comes next.

What they don't see is everything that happens before I ever click the shutter.

Before each senior session, I guide my clients through the planning process with a detailed Style Guide packed with helpful information—from outfit suggestions and location ideas to tips for helping your session feel relaxed and stress-free.

From there, I'm checking the weather, planning for the best light, charging batteries, scouting locations, and making sure every detail is ready to go.

And once the session is over, the work continues. I carefully sort through hundreds of images and hand-edit each photo to create a gallery that tells your senior's story.

Senior portraits are about so much more than taking pictures. They're about creating an experience that helps your senior feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated during one of the biggest milestones of their life.

One minute they’re walking into kindergarten holding your hand… and the next, they’re talking about graduation, college, careers, and everything ahead of them.

4 hotels.
7 states.
Thousands of miles.
One college graduation.
A dorm move-out that required championship-level Tetris skills to pack the vehicles. 😂

Over the last several days we traveled through Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York celebrating my niece’s college graduation, visiting Niagara Falls and The Ark Encounter, while somehow trying to keep up with my lively parents the entire time.

The memories were incredible. The drive? Never again. 😅

After thousands of pieces of clothing, another thousand “stuffies,” and one giant TV I was convinced would not survive the trip home… I am officially BACK IN THE OFFICE and catching up on emails, galleries, and messages today!

Class of 2026 Seniors — there is still a little time left for senior portraits before graduation season wraps up! And I am now officially booking Class of 2027 Seniors as well. 🎓
