“And when you love people, you hate the fact that they’re being treated unjustly.” George Floyd was murdered in front of the whole world to see, ripped away from his precious little 6-year-old daughter and his family. What happened to George is a disgrace. Heart-wrenching. Infuriating. Disgusting. What happened to Ahmaud, Breonna, Tony and so many more is an atrocity.

The pain that is being felt across Black communities is unimaginable. As allies we want you to know we love you, we care about you, we are mourning with you and we want to do better. We want our country to do better. The systematic racism we see before our eyes time and time again is absof**kinglutely unbelievable. It’s not ok. It’s deplorable. We cannot just stand by and do nothing. Folks are out there protesting, using their voices to make a difference. You have a voice too, so use it. Vote. Protest. Preach. Share. Sign petitions. Make calls. If you have the means, then donate.

We are all trying to wrap our heads around what happened and what we can do as allies to help. Do your research, educate your children, your family, your friends, your colleagues, do SOMETHING. Here is a list of causes to support if you can. You have to take it upon yourselves to educate yourselves and ask what are you doing wrong? Operation Give is now up to $19,683 thanks to all of YOU! On Sunday 12/15 we held a benefit event at Ghost Town Brewing for Operation Give: Uganda where we raised $2,292!!!! Thank you Oakland, WE LOVE YOU! We are so grateful for you guys hosting & donating proceeds to the kids Sam! Ginormous shout out to my biffle Kellianne Johnston for organizing, pushing on social media and hitting the pavement with me to get all incredible items for the raffle & silent auction! We believe it is of the utmost importance that every child has access to food, education, and the opportunity to feel loved and celebrated in the ways that we often take for granted.

It’s so easy for us to give these children the basic things we all too often forget that we are privileged to have -- and it costs so little! We started Operation Give to inspire and empower people to make a difference in this world by giving. Whether it’s by volunteering time, donating money or simply spreading awareness to great causes-we encourage all to JUST GIVE. After all, WE are the change we want to see in the world ❤️

Since 2012 our founder Diane E. Phillips started Operation Give, TOGETHER we have raised over $90,000 to support children’s education and provide food to over 1,000 children in both Guatemala & Uganda!

We have raised all of our funds through our & social media fundraising campaigns and fundraising events throughout the United States and Guatemala.

YOU PEOPLE 😍 I can't even handle the generosity that keeps pouring in! The fundraising campaign ended last week when we hit our goal but since then the donations keep coming! We are now at $6,287!!! That's $787 more than we needed!!! And guess what that means?!? This money will be used to help even MORE children in surrounding villages where they are implementing the Early Childhood Stimulation Program! YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
