Took a few of the eclipse with the iPhone. After some quick snapping I just laid on the ground and enjoyed the beauty of totality. It’s unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Absolutely amazing and no picture could ever do it justice.

After living through a few really bad tornadoes and hearing air raid safety drills in Korea, waking up to sirens is not usually a recipe for a great day for me.

However, instead of sitting in the house, anxiety ridden all day, I went out and took a a drive to the woods to walk and enjoy the calm after the storm. So happy I did. Otherwise, I would have never met Mr. Turtle out and about. I’m assuming by his look that he wished we had never met 🤷🏻‍♂️🖤
