A photo I took of my 1951 Royal Quiet De Luxe typewriter.
This old Royal reminds me that creativity doesn’t need to be optimized or auto-corrected.
While everything is generated instantly now, I find myself craving tools that slow me down. A typewriter. Old hand tools. Film cameras. They’re tactile, imperfect, and human.
This is the way forward for me. I’ll continue to share this stuff on Facebook because it might be a welcomed break for someone scrolling though AI-generated ads, selective outrage and political posts.
