UPDATE: I just wanted to say thank you so much to all the hundreds of wonderful people who have reached out and continue to reach out in regards to Loki's passing. It is so touching to me to hear all the beautiful stories of people and pets that he touched over the years. While I am still not ready to talk about it just yet, I want you all to know that your messages are heard and so appreciated.
It is heartbreaking to write you all of the passing of my best friend for the last 14 years, Loki The Amazing Chinese Crested Dog. This happy smile is the way I choose to remember him.
To the little dog that somehow found his way into my life, defied all odds and inspired so many people over the years...I say to my friend, we will meet again some day. Until then my sweet, fly free and I know you are walking that balance beam in the sky somewhere.
