We went into this weekend knowing and loving Kennedy + Chris, and not knowing a single other person in their family. Somehow, within about five minutes, it felt like we had known everyone forever.

They welcomed us in immediately. We spent the entire long weekend with them, laughed an unreasonable amount, probably forgot at certain points that we were technically there to work 😂 and genuinely had the BEST time.

So when it came time to edit their teaser, keeping it short was basically impossible. There were too many moments, too many people we now love, and way too much fun to squeeze into our normal teaser length. And there is SO much more to come because we got to document the entire weekend. 🥹

Kennedy + Chris, we love you guys. And to the entire Meehan crew, thanks for basically adopting your photo/video team for the weekend. 🤍

This is why videography matters so much to us.

We knew going into this day that her time with her mom is limited, so we were always paying a little extra attention. Watching for her. Watching for them together. Knowing when to keep the camera rolling even when nothing “scheduled” was happening.

Because this wasn’t on the timeline. Nobody asked us to film it. We just knew it mattered.

Hire people who pay attention. Hire people who care about your people. Hire people who understand that sometimes the most important footage from your wedding day is the stuff nobody planned. 🤍
